What can I say… it works but I truly believe it’s a dumb idea! If you want to save the cost of this than just look at the can or bottle and keep track…

I don’t drink water. I just don’t. Not that I don’t like it, I just don’t get up and pour myself a glass of water, let alone the 8 glasses a day I should be drinking. This makes the process a lot of fun, and like a competition. I got my husband one as well, and he beats me every day. That was a shocker, as he is not a healthy type person. So for a device to have both him and I drinking water like we should, I give it 5 stars.
I wzas a little worried at one point as my bottle stopped reading my water intake, but my husband fixed it. He found the straw had loosened a little bit. It’s working perfectly again.

This was a Christmas hit w/my 21 yo daughter who is a Physical Therapy major in college. She ditched all her other gifts to play with this bottle. It was intuitive for set up and use. When she took the bottle to work, several co-workers were interested in it too. This helped her reach her water intake goals.

This electronic water bottle does exactly what it is suppose to do: monitor your water intake and remind you to drink more. So why only 3 stars? The voice reminding me to drink up got to be annoying and I ended up using the “stop” button a lot which kind of defeats the purpose of this item and the display has become finicky.
You set the goal amount on the digital front, fill it with water and you are ready to go. The drinking spout is fine and the handle with the cover is convenient. The canister holds 22 ounces (a little under the usual 24 ozs.) and most people need around 72 ozs. of water per day. This is a great way to reach that goal.
Basically, this water bottle does three things: (1) it monitors how much you have drunk (I love this feature); (2) how you are doing in meeting your daily goal (provided in percentage format); and (3) provides encouragement to keep drinking when you fall behind. I was not a good drinker since I received many voiced encouragements.
This innovative water bottle provides these functions through a magnetic propeller that records the info on the LED display using “generated electronic pulse technology.” Hmmm.
The LED display includes lots of information and maybe too much in my book. It provides how much you have drank so far; how many ounces you are drinking per hour (I’m really curious about why one would track this?); how much time you have left in your 24 hour period to reach your goal (too much pressure for me); and what percentage you have already consumed in relation to your goal (love this feature). I had rated this water bottle as 4 stars but recently, the display has been wonky and sometimes goes blank on me. Maybe I need a new battery but after 2 weeks of usage, I hope not.
Overall, I think it is a great idea. I would recommend this to fitness & health enthusiasts who will appreciate it. I, apparently, require more help then this water bottle could provide and it sits on my shelf.

This is by far the best product I have purchased in some time. I absolutely love it, it keeps me on track with how much water I drink, and for someone who doesn’t like to drink during the day, this gives me the incentive just by keeping me accountable with the reading.
